1.the watermark

Its name is derived from its use of water-based elastomer as printing medium, which is more common in textile printing and is also called printing. When printing, mix the color paste with the water-based elastomer. Printing plate without chemical solvents, can be directly washed with water. It is characterized by good coloring power, strong hiding and fastness, water resistance and basically no odor.

2.gravure printing (most used)

The finished product processed in this way is usually called non-woven bag. This process is divided into two steps, that is, the traditional gravure printing process is used to print the image and text onto the film, and then the film laminating process is used to compound the film with the pattern on the non-woven fabric. General large area color pattern printing non-woven bags are used in this process. It is characterized by exquisite printing, machine production and short production cycle. In addition, the product has excellent waterproof performance, and the durability of the finished product is better than the non-woven bag produced by other processes. Thin film has bright light and matte two options, matte with matte effect!

3.heat transfer printing

Thermal transfer printing belongs to special printing in printing, the method needs intermediate medium, that is, the graphic and text printing to thermal transfer film or thermal transfer paper, and then transfer the pattern to non-woven fabric through the transfer equipment heating. Heat transfer film is commonly used in textile printing. Its advantage is: the printing is exquisite, has the rich layer plate, can compare with the photograph. Suitable for small area color image printing. The disadvantages are high price and high printing cost.

Gravure printing is the most widely used printing method at present, with bright coloring and no fading. It can print patterns of any color, which is more fashionable. However, at the same time, this printing method needs plate making, so a little higher
